*casual french freckles swingin by Agency*Bonsoir! Comment ça va? Im really happy to see you can speak some french! I am really curious what your language sounds like! My language sounds like this!! It’s one of my favorite old-timey Azeri movies, you don’t have to watch it all of course but just skip to any part of it to hear what the language is like! I love new languages too but I’m incredibly ADHD asdfklj; it’s IMPOSSIBLE to focus… You’re gonna be buff!!!!! I beleaf in u 🍃 and indeed, seeing as it is morning and I am awake! It appears that I am a morning person – Dazai’s still sound asleep though…

Bonjour Sara et Dazai-san! C’est moi! It’s me the french freckled annon :) I’d like to let you know (both of you) that I felt really happy and encouraged by your kind words! I’d like to tell Sara that being skinny is also perfectly fine as long as you remain healthy and that ‘real women have curves’ is stupid! Real women are tangible an just that! I myself am petite but I’m trying to gain litle more weight because I’m tired of shopping from the kids section XD Still I can see that Sara is jolie!

Hello, Dazai-san! How do you feel about freckles? Do you think they’re ugly or unattractive? I’m too scared to go back to school and go to the beach because my classmates and other people at school and ballet lessons bully me about my freckles… I have lots of them all over my body and they say I look sick and hideous… Please give me your most honest opinion Dazai-san! Hello hello! This is an interesting question – as my wife does not have freckles (several cute moles though) and I don’t often think about the physical features of anyone other than her, oopsie! BUT! But! I do recall! Something she said herself to Kenji when she first met him – she called his freckles angel kisses! When I asked what that meant, she said she read it in a book a long time ago, that a character was told she had freckles because an angel must’ve kissed her when she was born, as a blessing. 

So don’t be afraid! Why, every time Sara and I go to the beach neither of us really want to undress… Because I have lots of scars and she thinks she’s too skinny to live. But we go! And we look great. And I’m sure you do as well – don’t let anyone give you crap like that in life.

And not to worry, you’re doing fine~ I’m not very good at English myself. 

Awww and what about the wedding day? Tell us please!

My favorite day~! I will tell you, but only because you asked so nicely!

Sara… My sweet and beautiful princess. The ladies of the Agency absolutely wouldn’t let me see her before the ceremony began and it was heartbreaking having to be away from her as they got her ready, but alas it had to be done. 

It was worth it though, in the end… As President Fukuzawa walked my angel down the aisle – er, little pathway along the beach! Not much of an aisle when you’re getting married by the seaside – I genuinely thought I’d died and gone to heaven.

Kunikida was my best man – he was such a stickler about everything being perfect, my goodness! It was as if he was the one getting married… A girl by the name of Andrea (Sara would perhaps want me to tag her, @urusaaaai) was the maid of honor. Atsushi ringbearer, Kyouka flower girl, and Junichirou had catered everything but the wedding cake itself! It really was an Agency party, through and through.

But it was also the best day of my life.

Now, who else was there…? All of the clerks, (including Haruno, Naomi, and Sara’s close friends, @shelf-insert and @friendship–seal), and some more detectives! Ranpo, Kenji, Yosano, @bishamn, @theartisticintrovert, @musical-selfshipper and dearest @moreroads. I do believe the President’s partner swung by? @selfinsertheaven, is her handle, I think!

It went off without a hitch… I was afraid of one thing, and one thing only: that a member of the Port Mafia would hear wind of their ex-executive getting married and crash our little shindig. That is… Indeed what happened, but not for the reasons we thought. Higuchi Ichiyo showed up a little ways into the ceremony, but when we saw she was wearing a bridesmaid’s dress just like all the other ladies, we knew that Sara was the one who’d invited her!

She’d sworn an oath of secrecy, or so she’d said…

I confess I started crying halfway through my own vows. I don’t even remember what I said, but it must’ve been enough because not only did I cry, and not only did Sara start sobbing softly, but I could hear the faint sounds of sniffling all through where our guests were seated. Up until Kunikida yelled, impatiently, to GET ON WITH IT! And that is when we exchanged rings, then kisses, afterwards partying until the sun did set!

After all was done, well… There couldn’t exactly be a wedding night, as her parents thought she was simply working a late shift at the Agency… A secret romance, isn’t that thrilling? So we helped her out of her dress, and back into her day-to-day clothes, and I drove her all the way from the beach back home. I bet her mom and dad still think I’m just her coworker!

How did you ask Sara to marry you?

Such a lovely question…!

To begin with, it took a while for me to gather the courage to drop the bomb, as it were. I was so scared she’d say no… Who’d want a monster like me as a husband? Certainly not an angel like her – though we were dating at the time.

But that was exactly what drove me to it – I was tired of just dating, being her boyfriend. I was tired of all the Agency and even Port Mafia members who knew me telling Sara that I was just toying with her. I was not, but how to prove it?

Make it serious, because I was serious. I needed her to know… Dating wasn’t enough anymore, not for me, not if everyone told her that I’d drop her at any moment. So after a few months of working together, and a few more being her boyfriend… One warm day in May I invited her up onto the Agency roof at night, a stargazing date, nothing more.

Or so she thought… We gazed all around at the lights of Yokohama – not so many stars in sight, but what can you do when you’re in the city? It didn’t matter, though, the look of wonder on the face of my precious princess was beautiful all the same, whether looking at natural lights or man made ones. 

Soon enough I knew I had to ask, then or never. I pulled out a ring – I still wonder if I should have gotten a diamond, but she just loves the ocean so much… I’d gotten her a pearl instead. A little rose-gold ring with a pearl at the center, nothing too fancy but I hoped, I prayed even, that she’d like it regardless.

She did, a little too much…! I had never intended to make her cry, when I said what I did, what I’d rehearsed in the mirror and once even with Kunikida:

“When you first met me, Sara… I asked you, as I’ve asked many before you, if you would do me the honor of dying with me. To my shock and surprise, you gave me a reply I’d never heard before – instead of a no, you invited me to live with you. Now I’d finally like to accept the invitation… I want to live with you, forever. Will you live with me?" 

I didn’t use the words “marry me” per se… Though that was the request. Afterwards I had to tell her lots of silly jokes to get her to calm down, poor sweetie… But once the sobs turned to sweet little sniffles she said yes, a hundred times yes. She said it over and over and over and I still hope she didn’t notice that I started crying, too. 

But of course, I had to have my dramatic moment, didn’t I? So the very next day I proposed a second time, in front of all the Agency members, now that I knew I had nothing to be afraid of. She said yes, of course, and I quickly slipped the ring off and popped it back on her finger, just as the entire Agency cheered – and one exasperated FINALLY! sounded from Kunikida, to our collective surprise!

Alright, Dazai and Sara do a lot of cute stuff togheter but what about the adult stuff?… you know *winks* AND DON’T TELL ME “I don’t understand” or “what are you talking about” because I know what goes inside that sinful mind on yours ehehe~ I don’t wanna know the details, just… the basic things I guess?

Ah ah ah~ While I won’t deny we enjoy partaking in each other’s bodies, so to speak, I will respect my wife’s modest wishes and remind you politely that our business is private, sorry! 🚪 What happens in the Agency stays in the Agency.
